Step drill for coordinating punches and footwork.

So proud to stand behind this man Kris Vereen going to war! A gentleman and warrior. The day of the fight, there was an accident behind us heading back to the hotel from getting food. No hesitation, Kris pulled over and immediately hopped on duty. Checking on everyone and making sure everything was good before local PD showed up. Then turns around hours later to display beautiful violence in the cage. The protector and the warrior both showed up that day and I couldn't help but admire both.
I do not agree with the decision on the fight. How do you drop someone 3 times and lose.🤷🏿♂️ Either way what a performance especially with a broken hand in the second round and 2+ year layoff. Let's get healed and get this work! Big things coming!!!

Words to live by
I prefer to move my feet rather than just slip punches. Mainly because it allows for an Aspect change as well as makes it harder to line me up for a counter.
Cross stepping
A simple stepping drill to link the feet and punches together.
1-0 for jj.ohnn with a second rd stoppage in his first fight! Extremely proud of his performance last night. The first step has been taken and now the real work begins.
Thank you so much to Rise Fighting Championship
For having us out. We will definitely be coming back out again for some great match ups.
Late post!!!!
So proud of my team this last weekend at the ikfpointmuaythaitexas championship! We took one championship, second place in another bracket and a medal for a single match. Each one represented themselves and this team beautifully and I couldn't be happier to stand with such amazing people. Win it last we ride together and grow stronger.
