People often ask me which community is the "best" on Florida's Space Coast. The truth is, there isn't one answer.

The best community is the one that fits your lifestyle, priorities and vision for this next chapter of life. That's why I encourage buyers to think beyond the home itself and spend time evaluating the community they'll call home.

Good communication starts with listening. Every client has different priorities, questions, and concerns, and understanding those is an important part of helping them make the right decisions for themselves.

One of the most useful things a buyer can learn is what to look past when touring a home. Paint colors, furniture, décor, and the way a seller uses a particular space can make a strong first impression — good or bad. But those are also among the easiest things to change.

I encourage buyers to spend more time evaluating what isn't easily changed: the location, lot, floor plan, room sizes, natural light, and whether the home works for the way they actually live. A home doesn't have to look like yours on the day you tour it. Being able to separate what's temporary from what's fundamental can help you recognize an opportunity you might otherwise overlook.
