Card #6 | The Power of 'Yet'

"I can't pass off my left hand." That sentence closes the door.

"I can't pass off my left hand yet." That one leaves it open.

One word is the difference between a verdict and a work in progress.

Your brain believes what you tell it. Tell it the skill is permanent and you stop trying. Tell it the skill is coming and you keep reaching.

Every skill you have now was once something you couldn't do.

Catch it. Add it. Keep going.

The North location is working hard today, and is even working to provide live streaming of the matches.

Card #65 | Feed Off Team Energy

Energy is contagious. The only question is which kind you're spreading.

Before a big game, feel what's in the room. Then add to it.

When the team is buzzing, let it carry you. When the team is flat, be the one who lifts it.

Nobody plays their best alone. The collective is always stronger than the individual, but only if everyone brings something to it.

One loud voice in warmups can change a whole side.

Feel it. Add to it. Ride it.
