This is gonna be a long one! I just want to start off with Thank you God. Thank you for keeping everyone safe tonight with the rough crashes we had. Thank you for all the amazing supportive racing families. Thank you for all the fans. Thank you for the amazing track promoters and workers. Thank you for always keeping me safe. Thank you for blessing me with the beautiful opportunity I had tonight and all the learning that came with it! I’ll say God works in very mysterious ways! Got up to get the car together to find Lawrenceburg Speedway had canceled ending my Northern Allstars Late Model Dirt Series points race. Leaving me 2nd in rookie points. I was devastated and didn’t even want to deal with the car. Then everyone talked me into it and can’t thank them enough for doing it! We waited on the rain to go by to confirm no rain out then I loaded up and went to Lincoln Park Speedway solo. And let me tell you I was not alone when I got there. I showed up way late. Mini sprints on track late. I had all thoughts that I would be tagging the tail of a heat race due to being late. Thanks to Devin Wallen and all his crew! I had a spot saved. As I ran back to pay my way in I was greeted with already being drawn for and a transponder. I still don’t know who drawn for me and I truly appreciate it! Came back to the trailer to find my car unloaded. Thanks to Devin Wallen and Levi Ballenger! Went out for qualifying and the car wouldn’t start. Thanks to Jim Litton and those guys for push starting me! I ran 3rd quick in my group. Redraw put me outside pole of heat 2. Went out for the heat took the lead out of 2 and out of 4 lost all brakes, but God was with me because I lead every lap! I came back and was blessed with all hands on deck with all my car prep and figuring out my brake issue! I can’t thank all the racing families enough! Thank you Jim Litton, Davey Wallen, Devin Wallen, Chucky Walden, Dustin Eaglin, Richie Lex, and Matthias Wallace! I’m most definitely forgetting people but I can’t thank you guys enough! I went to redraw and drew a 2! Putting us outside pole!!! Went out and still having issues was push started. I’m not sure who all push started me this time but I Do know Chucky Walden did and with that he also did a cartwheel. Thankfully he’s ok 😂. We went out and on our initial start I took the lead and led a lap! Unfortunately it was called back due to a caution. With the second start I battled for the lead and fell into second checking out with the leader! Ended up driving to hard and blowing the cushion. Jumped back on track and was in 4th. Then 3rd place had a terrible crash. Thankfully he was alright. Went green again battling for 2nd and I blew the cushion again bringing out the caution. Went to the tail and drove through the field! This thing was a rocket. Drove it all the way back up to 5th door to door for 4th. Ended up finishing 5th! Overall it was a very eventful but blessed night for me! Again I can’t thank everyone enough for all the help!
