James brings more than eight years of commercial real estate and facilities management experience, including oversight of multistate industrial portfolios totaling up to 24 million square feet. His practical approach to problem-solving and focus on using data and technology to improve workflows make him a strong addition to our Property Services team.

He will manage Browning-owned and third-party industrial properties, supporting property operations, budgeting, lease administration, maintenance, and capital projects. James has already been out getting to know Browning’s portfolio firsthand, from operating properties to sites under construction!

Alex is a third-year marketing major and a graphic design minor at Marian University, where he is also a member of the cross-country and track and field teams. He brings hands-on experience in content development, social media management, graphic design, and brand communications.

In his new role, Alex will support and work closely with Erin Drake, CPSM, Director of Marketing, to support Browning's companywide marketing, communications, and business development initiatives.
