A few big ideas are coming to life thanks to grants!
At Douglas MacArthur Elementary, GUTS, Generals United Towards Sobriety, received $2,000 through a Service Learning Grant and an Impact Grant to help students assemble and deliver 300 dignity kits for local families.
At Homecroft Elementary, an Impact Grant will help expand the school’s Peaceful Garden and create more opportunities for hands-on learning, leadership, and connection.
Homecroft Elementary PTO also received an Impact Grant for Many Homes, One Homecroft: A Winter Traditions Festival, celebrating the many traditions represented within the Homecroft community.
Help us congratulate these grant recipients and the students who will bring these projects to life!

🎓 What's Next for the Class of 2026?
Meet Robert Ludlow, a proud graduate of Perry Township Schools' Class of 2026!
Robert is headed to Olney Central College, where he’ll continue playing baseball while studying Fire Science. He’ll get to pursue the sport he loves while preparing for a future career serving others.
We love seeing our graduates take what they’re passionate about with them into their next chapter.
Congratulations, Robert! Best of luck in the classroom and on the field! ⚾🔥🎓

💼 Clinton Young Elementary fifth graders took over JA Biztown
They’ve spent weeks preparing by reviewing job descriptions, applying for positions, getting hired, and even holding campaigns and elections for mayor. Today, they finally got to put all of that work into action.
Students ran businesses, worked together to keep things moving, earned money, paid off business loans, and even shopped around BizTown with their debit cards.
Such a fun way to experience teamwork, responsibility, money management, and career-connected learning in the real world. 💳🏢

This morning, student teachers from across the district joined school and district leaders for breakfast, conversation, and a chance to make connections with administrators throughout Perry Township.
They also learned more about future placements, teaching opportunities, and incentives available within the district.
We loved getting the chance to connect with this group of future educators and hope to see many of them back in Perry Township classrooms soon! ❤️
