Construction drawings are complete and permit review is underway for our upcoming master suite addition and kitchen renovation in Carmel.

Some progress shots from our Noblesville garage build. Framing, soffit, fascia, and trim are now complete, and mechanical rough-ins are currently underway. Better photos coming soon!

Our portion of this office addition project in Lebanon is complete. We built the exterior shell and completed the exterior finishes, then took the interior through the finished drywall stage. The owner will now complete the remaining interior painting and finishes.

Here are a few progress photos from our Fortville project. Exterior paint is complete aside from final touch-ups, tile and flooring are installed, cabinetry is in, and doors and trim are currently in progress.

Waterproofing and drain tile have been installed, and rough grading has begun at our Traders Point project.

• Reworking existing interior ceilings
• Full renovation of the entire first floor
• Complete exterior repaint

The septic design is complete, and we’re expecting those permits back this week. From there, we’ll move into finalizing the addition plans and permitting so we can get construction underway!
