The demand for skilled workers in construction is still very real.

A recent NAHB analysis showed open construction jobs increased again in March, highlighting the continued need for workforce development across the industry. While housing activity has slowed in some areas, the need for skilled professionals remains critical to keeping projects moving and supporting long-term housing growth.
