Another custom home getting closer to the finish line in downtown Carmel!

Here is what was installed:

• Closed-Cell spray foam on all the band boards for a tight air seal.
• R-23 BIBS® in the 2x6 exterior walls to maximize energy efficiency and fill every cavity completely.
• Fiberglass batts throughout the home, including sound insulation between floors to help make the home quieter from room to room.

A lot of people only notice the countertops and paint colors when a home is finished. The insulation is hidden behind the drywall, but it’s what helps keep the home comfortable, efficient, and quiet for years to come.

Big thanks to our crews for another job done right. We appreciate every opportunity to be part of projects like this.
