Look who’s in Paris: Nacho Libre! This little Chihuahua came to Medical Mutts from LifeLine Animal Project, completed months of specialized training, and graduated as a service dog. Now he’s sharing adventures with his person, including this beautiful moment in front of the Eiffel Tower. ❤️

We put so much time and care into preparing our dogs for life with their partners. Getting a picture like this back means the world to us.

🐶 Wesley: An affectionate, athletic Lab mix who loves squeaky tennis balls! He’s eager to learn and needs an adult home ready to help him practice polite greetings.

🐶 Tonja: A sweet, spirited Husky mix with plenty of personality. She’s looking for an adult home where she can enjoy her meals in peace.

🐶 Gracie: A devoted companion offering cozy company, toy demonstrations, and world-class “woowoos”! Her ideal home is quiet, adult-only, and pet-free, with someone home much of the time.

🐶 Ky: A silly, affectionate Basenji mix who loves people, toys, and treats. He knows “sit,” “touch,” and “bed,” walks nicely on leash, and can enjoy a compatible dog friend.

🐶 Robocop: A goofy, toy-loving Shepherd mix who knows plenty of cues and would make a fun adventure buddy! He needs an adult home with little coming and going, and careful management of toys around other dogs.

What makes adopting from Medical Mutts special? We get to know our dogs’ personalities, skills, and needs so we can help you find the right match. Each $300 adoption includes two private training sessions, plus guidance as you settle into life together. These dogs are spayed or neutered and vaccinated—and ready for their next chapter as beloved pets.

Ky can be unsure around other dogs at first, but his playful side comes out with a patient, compatible friend.

We’re more than halfway there! 🐾

Thanks to our community, we’ve raised about $2,800 of our $5,000 goal to finish the new accessible ramp at Medical Mutts. That leaves about $2,200 to go.

Our service dogs help people with disabilities gain greater independence every day. We want that independence to begin the moment someone arrives at our door. Once the ramp is complete, clients and visitors who use wheelchairs will be able to enter on their own.
