Turns out our team is just as competitive over spaghetti towers and ice cream sundaes as they are on a project deadline.
At our latest team-building event, organized by Vanessa Santiago, HR Manager, KERAMIDA staff went head-to-head in an apple-peeling contest, an ice cream sundae-building challenge, and the classic tallest spaghetti tower, built from nothing but dry spaghetti, tape, string, and a marshmallow.

The KERAMIDA sustainability team spent the morning developing a team mantra. Team mantras, also known as team norms, are a shared framework for how a team communicates, makes decisions, and treats one another, building a foundation of respect and a positive workplace environment. Team members worked collaboratively to discuss ideas and prioritize the ones most important to solidify as a team moving forward.

CARB has released new resources for SB 253 reporting ahead of the proposed November 10, 2026 deadline.

Lancioni, an IU graduate, previously served as President & Senior Principal of Cardno/JFNew for over 20 years, where he led a multidisciplinary environmental consulting business of approximately 1,200 professionals across 75 offices in North America.

KERAMIDA is also pleased to announce that Carson Brown, CSP, has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Safety and Industrial Health Services. Carson brings unparalleled experience, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to KERAMIDA’s clients and team. In his new role, he will lead KERAMIDA’s Safety and Industrial Health Services and continue to strengthen and grow the firm’s capabilities in these areas.

Dan has accepted the position of Senior Manager for Safety at Subaru, where he will be responsible for safety at the corporate level, effective August 17, 2026.
