Introducing our new bags! While we loved our paper bags, unfortunately they are no longer made. This is a photo of our new small bags, which are now 1.5-oz, instead of our previous 1-oz bags. The shelf life is twice as long (4 months). We will soon transition to this bag for our 4-oz bags too. They are not in stores yet, but you can get them directly from us ([email protected]) and from. Piazza Produce or Ideal Meat if you get deliveries from them. They are great for a holiday party, box lunch, or gift bag such as at a wedding.

We are looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager to help supervise making, bagging and delivering our artisan potato chips. Responsibilities include supervising prep and cooking, and complying with safety and cleanliness standards. To be successful in this role, you should be able to help manage a small kitchen staff and guide them to deliver quality food on time. Drivers license and ability to lift 50 lbs. is required. You will see that all chips are properly cooked, bagged and delivered while maintaining a clean working environment. $15 an hour to start. 7-3:30 pm M-F.
