Before we close the pools for the season, we’re giving our four-legged residents one last chance to make a splash! Bring your furry friend out for an afternoon of swimming, sunshine, and puppy playtime with their neighbors. 🐾

You may know Paul as one of the friendly faces keeping CityWay running smoothly, but how well do you really know our Assistant Maintenance Supervisor? 👀

We put Paul in the hot seat with a few questions so you can get to know one of the people behind the maintenance requests!

→ Getting to interact with our great residents and challenging himself every day to provide even better service!

🍣 Go-to food spot in Indy?
→ Sushi Den! It’s convenient (hello, on-property dining 🙌) and according to Paul, the hibachi is 🔥 FIRE.

🎶 What song is always on your playlist?
→ Choosing Texas by Ella Langley — a favorite for Paul and his 2-year-old son, Bourbon! 🤠

🔧 If you weren't working in maintenance, what would you be doing?
→ HVAC installs and service. Looks like Paul would still be keeping things running one way or another!

👨‍🍳 What’s something residents might be surprised to learn about you?
→ Paul loves to cook! So when he’s not keeping CityWay in tip-top shape, you might just find him in the kitchen whipping something up.

Join us poolside for our Sunday Reset DJ Set and wind down the weekend with laid-back beats, good company, and a dirty soda bar to keep the vibes flowing. Come mix, mingle, sip, and enjoy one last relaxing evening by the pool with your neighbors! 🌅🎶🥤

September is a great time to make sure your home is prepared! Know the location of your nearest fire extinguisher and ensure your smoke detectors are functioning properly. Never block hallways, stairwells, or emergency exits. In the event of an emergency, evacuate immediately and contact 911. Let's keep our community safe together!

One of our favorite things about living at CityWay? The Indianapolis Cultural Trail is right outside our door! 🚲🌿

Whether you're taking a morning walk, going for a bike ride, or exploring some of Indy’s best neighborhoods, the Cultural Trail makes it easy to get out and enjoy the city!

From downtown to Fountain Square and beyond, there’s always somewhere new to explore. Where are you headed first?! 📍

Our office will be closed on September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

Football season is almost here... and we know just the place to catch the game!

Our outdoor bar is the perfect spot to gather the squad, grab a seat, and cheer on the Colts all season long! 🍻🙌 Whether you're watching the game or just enjoying a beautiful day outside, this is one amenity you'll want to take advantage of.

Our annual Dog Swim is always a tail-wagging good time, and we love seeing our four-legged CityWay residents enjoy the pool just as much as we do!

Throwing it back to our NBA & WNBA All Star Block Parties! Our NBA celebration may have gotten hit with a blizzard the night before, but that didn’t stop us. We brought the fun to our amenity center and still had a blast shooting hoops and hanging out with our residents. 🙌

Then came the WNBA Block Party with MUCH better weather, good vibes, and even our first-ever custom photo booth! 📸☀️

One of the best parts about living at CityWay? Being right across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse and getting to experience all the excitement happening right outside our doors! 🏀🎉
