Case repair for Vespa VBB. I seem to come across many cases with this same break; often "repaired" with 2-part epoxy. This area has been removed, built up with aluminum, milled, then drilled and tapped for m6. I specialize in factory repairs- I would not have it any other way. workshop

Rewired Rally 200 (FEMSA type) stator. Resistance tested as well as bench tested in an engine. Have a Rally 200 stator that needs TLC? Send it my way. PM for details.

P-series stator repair. This one came in with previous "repair" with poor craftsmanship. We turned this around the same day and back to factory spec and Ohm tested. DM if you have a stator that needs repaired as most can be turned around quickly.

1974 Vespa GTR engine from before. Repaired case at the selector box. Installed 22/67 gearing. Bored original 2-port cylinder to 2nd over. Cleaned up Mazzy crankshaft.

I get to work on some pretty decent bikes. 1950 Vespa 125 (rod model).

2005 US market Px150. BGM177, BGM crankshaft, VMC 22t Molle clutch, 65t primary, Polini BOX, 24.24e running oil injection. Off to Louisville.

Reasons why we can't have nice things and I do not quote-it's simply time + materials on your decades old Vespa. Vespa GTR shipped over for a non-running engine. It got deep to the point that I am now the unexpected owner. Too many unknowns, too many hands, too much poor work. I have a donor choke tube ready as this GTR model is a neat bike!
