On August 10, Gov. Maura Healey signed a law removing the state's previous restrictions that limited abortions after 24 weeks.
Massachusetts now joins Alaska, Colorado, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oregon and Vermont in removing gestational age limits on abortion, along with the District of Columbia.
This isn't progress. This is murder. Every child deserves protection no matter how small.

The PreBorn! family continues to mourn the death of our friend and fellow warrior for life, Charlie Kirk.
At just 12 weeks, this tiny human is already doing so much. 🤍
✨ Moving, stretching, and kicking
✨ Opening and closing their hands
✨ Making facial movements
✨ Swallowing and practicing breathing movements
✨ Responding to touch
✨ Their organs are developing and functioning
✨ Their unique fingerprints are beginning to form

Research on parenthood regret suggests that the vast majority of parents do not say they would choose a life without children if given the chance to decide again.
In one national study, 86.4% of parents said they would choose to become parents again. This is why women and men deserve more than an abortion when they're scared, overwhelmed, or unsure.
They deserve someone to say: “You can do this. Your baby's life matters. And you don't have to walk through this alone.” 🤍
