Today marks a fresh start on Ethiopia’s own calendar. We welcome the Ethiopian New Year (Enkutatash) and the beginning of 2019.

Whether you grew up with the flowers and the coffee ceremony or you’re learning the traditions as an adult, EAF wishes you a very happy new year. May the year ahead be full of connection and joy.

Born in Ethiopia and adopted into a Christ-centered home in the United States, Isaac’s journey of identity, faith, and redemption has shaped his calling to ministry. Three years ago, he returned to Ethiopia for the first time in 13 years, where he met his living relatives and reconnected with his birth country.

Isaac is also the author of Twice Delivered, a powerful account of his faith and adoption journey.

We hope you’ll join us for an evening of encouragement, reflection, and conversation.
