The 2026 Owners' Meeting Registration closes THIS Friday, October 2! We will see you in California!

The IWDC Owners' Meeting is an excellent opportunity to reconnect with longtime industry colleagues while building new relationships and expanding your network. As the saying goes, “Once you enter the welding industry, you stay,” and nowhere is that more evident than at our annual Owners' Meeting.

Our meeting format is designed to create plenty of opportunities to connect—from the opening reception through the closing dinner. Our optional events take networking beyond the meeting room, offering fun and unique settings to talk business, strengthen relationships, and enjoy time with fellow IWDC Members.

This year’s optional events include:

▪️ Golf Outing at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa – North Course
▪️ Catamaran Adventure
▪️ Bocce Ball Tournament

We’re also excited to offer two events focused on the next generation of leaders within IWDC Member Companies. The IWDC Next Generation Group (INGG) is all about connecting, learning, and growing together. These events provide an opportunity to meet peers, discuss shared business challenges, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insights to support your leadership journey.

▪️ INGG Social – Pub Trivia
▪️ INGG Educational Business Lunch

Whether you’re reconnecting with longtime colleagues or meeting someone new, we hope you’ll take advantage of all the opportunities to connect at this year’s Owners' Meeting.

We can’t wait to see you there!
