It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Lance Flanagan following a brief illness.

Lance served as our Western IWDC Regional Sales Manager and was a well-known and respected professional throughout our industry. Over the course of his career, he spent many years working with suppliers and wholesalers, building strong relationships while serving the needs of distributors and customers across the welding and gas industry.

Lance brought a unique perspective to IWDC through his extensive experience and deep understanding of our business. His commitment to supporting our Members and supplier partners helped strengthen countless relationships and contributed to the success of our cooperative and the industry.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Lance will be remembered for his friendship, integrity, and genuine care for the people he worked with throughout his career.

Please join us in keeping his wife, Jean, and their family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Lance's impact on our industry and the many lives he touched will not be forgotten.
