We're excited to welcome Will Leman to Arlington/Roe this summer as our WSIA Intern!
The elite nine-week WSIA internship program provides students with hands on experience in both underwriting and brokerage within the surplus lines marketplace, giving them the opportunity to learn directly from industry leaders. Interns rotate between two host firms, one focused on underwriting and the other on brokerage. As part of the program, he will gain valuable experience in both areas and will work primarily with the Brokerage team.
Will is currently a junior at Butler University studying Insurance and Risk Management. He brings a strong foundation in both domestic and international insurance, with previous experience in underwriting, client services, commercial risk management and the London insurance market. He was drawn to the WSIA internship because of its focus on education, mentorship and meaningful industry exposure. He looks forward to expanding his understanding of wholesale brokerage and contributing to the Arlington/Roe team.
Outside of work and school, Will enjoys coaching middle school cross country and track, spending time outdoors, hiking, surfing and following football and basketball.
Please join us in giving Will a warm welcome! We are excited to be part of his professional journey and look forward to the impact he'll make this summer!

Attention! Senate Bill 282 signals a shift in how medical spa risks will be regulated and insured in Indiana. Now is the time to review your book, as accounts written as GL or salon risks may need medical malpractice coverage with closer attention to licensing, supervision and documentation. Take a few minutes to revisit these clients, identify any gaps and make sure their coverage reflects today’s exposure.
