HWC is proud to have partnered with the City of Franklin, Indiana - Government on its newly adopted Comprehensive Plan, a playbook that will help guide future growth while preserving the City's historic character, strong neighborhoods, and quality of life.
Developed through extensive public engagement and data-driven analysis, the plan establishes a shared vision for land use, housing, transportation, economic development, and environmental stewardship. To make the plan accessible to everyone, HWC also created a public-friendly summary brochure highlighting the community's vision and key goals.
Congratulations to the City of Franklin on the adoption of this important plan! We are grateful for the opportunity to help build on Franklin's strong foundation and provide a framework that will guide thoughtful growth and community investment for years to come.

HWC had an awesome time celebrating the groundbreaking of the Ag-Park Water Infrastructure/Logansport Water project in Cass County, Indiana!
HWC helped secure funding for this project through the Regional Economic Acceleration and Development Initiative (READI 2.0), supporting critical infrastructure improvements that will drive future growth and economic development in the region. Working with the Cass County Redevelopment Commission, HWC updated utility planning and designed key water infrastructure, including a new booster station, elevated water tower, and nearly 20,000' of water main to support existing and future businesses within the park by extending potable water from Logansport Utilities.
We are proud to be part of a project that is laying the foundation for long-term success in Cass County!
