Corporate Challenge never disappoints.🏆

Throughout the day, teammates stepped into events, cheered each other on, and gave every competition their best effort. Events like this give us the opportunity to work together as a team and spend time with coworkers we don't always get to work alongside. We also created a Wall of Encouragement where anyone could share positive messages, and we loved seeing it filled with words of support as the day went on.

Congratulations to our volleyball team on an awesome 4th-place finish, and we're excited to share that HardingPoorman took home 1st place for Tent Design! Thanks to Indiana Sports Corp for another great Corporate Challenge.

Every stamp tells a story, and this year, we've mailed 4,926,081 of them. 📬

On U.S. Postage Stamp Day, we're celebrating the team that helps make it all happen. From preparing mailings to keeping projects moving efficiently, their hard work has helped us process nearly $1 million in postage so far this year. Thank you to our mailing team for everything you do!

June is National Safety Month, a time to recognize the importance of creating safe and healthy workplaces.

Earlier this year, HardingPoorman participated in a voluntary INSafe consultation through the Indiana Department of Labor. The consultation included a review of our safety documentation and a walkthrough of our facility to identify opportunities for improvement and help ensure a safe work environment for our employees.

The HardingPoorman PRESSecuterz are back for another softball season with Circle City Athletics. 🥎

This is our team’s second season, and they've spent the spring competing against teams across the league while building camaraderie and teamwork on and off the field. As the season wraps up, the team is heading into playoffs and closing out another great year together.

We’re excited to highlight one of the people behind the work at HardingPoorman, Brandi Rasmussen.

Brandi currently serves as the Customer Service Representative for the IU Indy account, bringing a strong background in design, print production, and project management to her role. She holds a degree in Graphic Design and has more than 20 years of experience in the print and design industry.

Throughout her career, Brandi has worked with a variety of well-known organizations, combining her creative expertise with a client-focused approach to help keep projects organized, on schedule, and running smoothly. We’re grateful for the experience, knowledge, and positive energy she brings to the team every day!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and at HardingPoorman, we believe supporting mental wellness is an important part of building a healthy workplace and a stronger community. 💚

Through our partnership with American Health & Wellness, all employees have access to complimentary monthly wellness workshops focused on topics that support overall well-being. This month’s focus, “Mental Health – More Good Days, Together,” encourages meaningful conversations around mental health while providing practical tools for managing stress, building healthier habits, and strengthening everyday connections.

These workshops are one of the ways we continue to support the health and well-being of our team.

As we head into Memorial Day weekend, we’d like to honor the courageous individuals who gave their lives in service to our country. We are deeply thankful for their sacrifice and the example of courage they leave behind.

Last Friday, the HardingPoorman team took a break from the workday for some friendly competition at our annual Race Party in celebration of the Indy 500. 🏁

The day was packed with a variety of race day-inspired activities, including pinewood derby car races, a co****le tournament, water balloon tosses, and the Pit Crew Challenge obstacle course. We also loved having The BrewLab Canteen on-site making drinks for everyone to enjoy throughout the afternoon.

Events like these are a fun way to bring our team together while celebrating the energy and traditions that make the month of May in Indianapolis so special.
