After months of planning, Wynne User Summit 2026 is almost here.

One week from today, we’ll be welcoming attendees from across the industry to Charlotte.

If you’re joining us, it’s officially time to start getting excited. We’ll see you soon!

What you take back from the Summit will look different for every team.

Maybe it’s a new way to approach a process that has been creating friction. An answer to a product question. A perspective from another customer who has dealt with the same challenge. Or someone you can continue comparing notes with afterward.

As you get ready for the Summit, think about what would make the time away worthwhile for you and your team.

What do you want to bring back?

There’s still time to join us: https://hubs.ly/Q04xRkjC0

The Wynne User Summit is getting close.

If you’re joining us in Charlotte, now is a good time to start planning your days

Take another look at the agenda and map out the sessions, workshops, and roundtables that line up with the questions and priorities your team is working through right now.

With multiple tracks and plenty happening across both days, a little planning now will help you make the most of your time.

If you’re registered, open Whova and start adding the sessions you don’t want to miss to My Agenda.

The Wynne User Summit is less than four weeks away.

If you're registered, now's a good time to book your 1:1 with a Wynne expert. One-hour sessions are available first-come, first-served through the Whova app.

If you haven't registered yet, there's still time to join us October 5–7, 2026 in Charlotte, NC.

If you're joining us in October and still need a room, today is the day to book. The discounted block at the Summit hotel closes tonight.

Sessions all happen at the hotel, so there's very little to plan around. You're a few floors from every session, meals are right there, and the two nights we head out, Monday's reception and Tuesday's dinner, both start from the hotel.

What you take back comes from the sessions and from who you talk to while you're there. We planned for both.

The Wynne User Summit gives you plenty of time to connect with other attendees, compare notes with teams facing similar challenges, and spend time with the Wynne team.

It starts Monday evening at the NASCAR Hall of Fame, with racing simulators, a pit crew challenge, and a relaxed chance to meet a few people before two days of sessions get going.

That continues throughout the Summit, with networking time built into both days and Tuesday night's dinner pods, where smaller groups head out to different spots around Charlotte.

Along the way, you'll have hands-on workshops, roundtable discussions, and 1:1 time with our team.

If you're planning to join us, the discounted hotel block closes September 4.

Location data is only useful if it changes what your operation does next.

That is the thread through two Logistics Solution sessions this year co-presented by Wynne and HERE Technologies. “Driving Logistics Automation” gets into routing that scales past manual planning, using real inputs like demand, driver availability, and equipment to drive automated decisions. “The Evolution of Location Services” looks further out, at location intelligence, agentic AI, and where location data is taking logistics and field operations next. If logistics is part of how you run, these are the ones to build your schedule around.

The full agenda is up if you want to map out the rest of your days. And if you still need a room, the hotel block closes on September 4.

We’re excited to welcome Curbstone as a Gold Sponsor of this year’s Wynne User Summit.

They help rental businesses simplify payment processing by bringing secure credit card transactions directly into RentalMan. Their solution is designed to help teams work more efficiently, reduce the burden of PCI compliance, and manage processing costs.

Here’s how they describe it:
“With Curbstone's secure credit card processing solution for RentalMan, you can accept credit card payments directly within your rental software without switching between applications, helping your team work more efficiently. Because sensitive cardholder data is not processed or stored within the RentalMan environment, you can reduce your PCI scope and simplify your PCI compliance efforts. Curbstone also helps ensure eligible transactions include the data needed to qualify for the lowest available interchange rates, helping you reduce processing costs and avoid unnecessary downgrades.”

Look for their booth at the Summit and stop by to meet the team.

There's a lot packed into this year's User Summit agenda.

Two days of hands-on sessions across all three tracks, a keynote on leading a multigenerational workforce, and time set aside for 1:1s with the Wynne team. It's worth a look to start mapping out your days.

If you're planning to join us, the discounted hotel block closes September 4.
