A brief time in God's word

We made it through the 10 Days of Awe.
Now what?
Now we keep going. Just because the Days are over doesn’t mean we get to put abandon everything we’ve experienced in the last 10 days, and go back to life as we knew it.

We know what it’s like to pray, be, still, listen and be obedient to what we hear. We know how to lay the “the living sacrifice” on the altar and be faithful to the process of crucifying the offering so it doesn’t remain alive and active in our lives.

We have identified the area where we needed to ask for forgiveness, and we have issued the apologies.

Now what?
Now we keep it going. Now we make it a lifestyle. Now we actively pray, sit, listen and are obedient. Now we apologies in real time. Now we daily surrender to altar moments. Now we live from the place of freedom in the promises that come with a surrendered life.

Your wounds have a way of revealing what’s really in your heart, what’s healed and what’s not, where you’ve forgiven and where you still are holding on to offense, and what needs more tending to. Today do a heart search allowing your wounds to speak. They speak. You listen. Celebrate your growth, and challenge yourself to keep going.

Don’t avoid the altar. It was prepared for you, and when you allow all of you to meet His Divinity, that’s when transformation takes place.

Don’t rush the moment. Be still. Let Him search the deep places. Know that whatever you find, whatever He brings up is what He wants to heal.

Forgive- complete grant something. Today lean in to area that you may still be holding on to a little hurt, a little offense. You’ve let it go “for the most part” but there’s still a little something lingering. Completely let it go today.

Romans 12:1. A living sacrifice.

You were never called to give God what’s left.
You were called to give Him all of you.
