Ecotrak Facility Management Software
Ecotrak is software designed to revolutionize facilities and asset management.

Every operator has been burned before.🔥 You buy the tool, you sit through the demo, everyone nods and three months later half the team is back on spreadsheets and the group text.
The scariest part of new software was never the cost. It's the quiet risk that it becomes one more thing nobody opens.
That's exactly why we don't hand you a login and walk away. We onboard your whole team, upload your asset data, and set the platform up around how you actually operate, so it's in use from day one, not abandoned by month three.
The best software in the world doesn't help if it sits unused. So we make sure yours doesn't.

🥤Swig makes sweet changes to service workflows with Ecotrak.
Their team in Utah was managing facilities for every location on a CMMS they had no control over. Every backend change went through someone else. Work order status was never current. Responses took long enough that store managers started fixing things outside the system, and the reporting quietly stopped reflecting reality.
The Swig team was paying extra for a preventive maintenance program on top of it, and still running the PMs themselves.
Kurt Peterson, Director of Facilities, puts the change plainly: instead of spending his day fighting the platform, he's reviewing tickets, talking to vendors and store managers, getting things fixed.
Half the cost of what it replaced, too.

A $7,800 proposal comes in for a compressor replacement.
The walk-in is down. There’s thousands of dollars of product at risk. You need to move fast, so you approve it.
But what did you pay for the same repair at another location? What did another vendor charge? How much of that $7,800 is markup?
For facilities teams that outsource most of their maintenance, those questions matter.
It’s not about adding more software. It’s about having better visibility into the numbers you already have.
• What did this repair cost last time?
• How does pricing compare across vendors?
• What are you paying in markup?
Better cost visibility means better decisions without slowing down the repair.

Four locations. Same compressor, same failure, four different invoices. Nobody did anything wrong and nobody can see the spread.
🧾A quote only looks high next to something. Without the other three in front of you, $6,200 looks like $6,200, so you approve it, because there's product in that walk-in and it isn't waiting.
It isn't headcount and it isn't experience. They know what the job should take. They just can't see what it took somewhere else.
▶️ Ecotrak logs every repair against the asset, not the ticket - so the same swap across four stores reads as one comparable history. Proposal Insights checks a new quote against it, and the outlier shows up before approval instead of in next year's budget review.
The invoices were always yours. Now they're in one place at the same time.

Everyone has that one vendor they keep calling because they've always called them. Nobody remembers they averaged nine days to close a ticket last quarter. Response time, first-time fix rate, and spend per vendor are all sitting in the data already, the only question is whether anyone looks before the busy season starts. 🍂 Fall is a good time to look.

🗓️ The heating check you schedule in October competes with every other operator in your market scheduling the same thing. Techs book out, parts back-order, and a routine PM turns into a three-week wait. The teams who don't feel that crunch ran their fall PMs in early September, when a vendor could still show up on a Tuesday. The work isn't different. The calendar is.
Running smarter facilities is not just a message. It is what teams are expected to do every day.
Ecotrak AI brings intelligence directly into the maintenance workflow, helping teams use their own operational data to:
▪️Identify issues before they become costly disruptions
▪️Make faster, more informed repair decisions
▪️Automate repetitive work-order tasks
▪️Benchmark costs and control R&M spend
▪️Connect with the AI tools they already use
It is not AI added for the sake of it. It is AI designed to help facilities teams understand what is happening, determine what needs attention, and take the next step with confidence.
One platform. More intelligent operations.

"Should we fix it or replace it?" is the most expensive question in facilities, and most teams answer it blind.
When you're staring at store 112's HVAC unit for the third service call this quarter, you shouldn't have to dig through a ticket log to remember what it's already cost you.
Because Ecotrak ties every work order directly to the asset, that history is just… there. Total spend, repair frequency, warranty status, and age, all in one view. So the repair-or-replace call stops being a guess and starts being a decision.
And with Predictive Intelligence, Ecotrak adds the part history can't: a forecast of what's likely to fail next and what the repair will run - so you replace on your terms, before the breakdown picks the timing for you.
That's how Ecotrak users cut R&M costs by an average of 15%.
