Are you unable to focus because you’re overwhelmed by everything you need to do?

Maybe the answer isn’t to push harder.

Maybe it’s to stop everything.

I canceled my meetings and finally faced the task I had avoided for years: my closet.

I had saved clothes thinking:

“One day I’ll fit into this.”
“One day I’ll wear this.”
“One day I might need this.”

Girl… someday has been canceled. 😂

If I haven’t worn it in the last year, it’s going.

Because clutter isn’t just taking up space—it’s taking up energy.

Every ignored pile.
Every unfinished decision.
Every “I’ll deal with it later.”

They are all energy leaks.

So if your mind feels chaotic, take a day off and organize your environment.

Clear your closet.
Clean your office desk.
Reorganize your refrigerator.
Finish the little things silently demanding your attention.

Your environment reflects who you are—and when you change what you see every day, something shifts inside your mind too.

You feel lighter.
You think more clearly.
Your energy begins to move again.

Today, I’m closing the leaks.

I’m releasing what no longer fits—my body, my life or the woman I’m becoming.

This isn’t just decluttering.

It’s making room for what’s next.

Try it—and tell me:

What are you finally ready to let go of?

My first-ever reaction video—and I’m dedicating it to Teachers’ Day. ✨

One of the most powerful teachings I’ve learned is this:

Your thinking decides your day before you even leave the house.

There are four kinds of thinking:

1️⃣ Disastrous thinking: Everything is going to go wrong.
2️⃣ Negative thinking: Nothing ever works for me.
3️⃣ Positive thinking: Things are going to work out.
4️⃣ Miraculous thinking: I expect something greater than I can even imagine.

Miraculous thinking isn’t just, “I hope this works.”

It’s, “Watch this happen.” 🔥

Positive thinking builds success.
Miraculous thinking opens you to possibilities beyond logic.

So tell me honestly—what kind of thinking are you in today?

Comment “MIRACLE” if you’re ready to shift into miraculous thinking. 💫

From dreaming of becoming an actress at eight to rebuilding her life after health challenges left her in a wheelchair, Tannaz Irani’s journey is a powerful story of transformation, resilience, and self-belief.

It was such a pleasure sitting down with Tannaz and hearing the story behind the actress we have watched and loved for decades—and the courageous woman who has continually reinvented herself through every season of life.

In this beautiful conversation, she opens up about manifestation, her journey through television and Bollywood, motherhood, healing, and the difficult moments that completely changed her relationship with herself.

What touched me most was her authenticity. Behind her vibrant personality and fabulous energy is a woman who has faced life fully—the success, the setbacks, the uncertainty, and the rebuilding. Yet through it all, she continued to believe, evolve, and choose herself again.

Her story is a reminder that manifestation is not simply wishing for something and waiting for the universe to deliver it beautifully wrapped. It is believing in the vision, becoming the person who can hold it, and continuing to move forward—even when life takes you somewhere you never expected.

Tannaz, it was truly such a joy meeting you, laughing with you, and hearing your incredible story. Thank you for showing us the real woman behind the screen and reminding us what is possible when we refuse to give up on ourselves. ❤️

🇪🇬✨ I have a feeling Egypt is going to change something in me.

I can’t completely explain it yet.

My father traveled to Egypt many times, and somehow, I never got the opportunity to experience it with him.

And now, years later, Egypt has found its way back into my life.

The timing.
The people.
The doors opening.
The synchronicities.

It feels like I’m not simply planning a trip.

I’m answering a call.

And this time, I want to take some of you with me. ❤️

Come spend 9 days with me in Egypt.

Let’s stand beneath the pyramids.
Meditate together in sacred spaces.
Walk through ancient temples.
Connect with the energies of Isis, Hathor and Sekhmet.
Experience an Ascension Workshop.
Have beautiful, deep conversations about life and consciousness.

And sail the Nile together under the Egyptian sky. ✨

I want this to be more than a tour.

I want it to be one of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences we remember forever.

Maybe we go to Egypt searching for something ancient…

and discover that something ancient within us was waiting to be remembered.

🔥 FINAL CALL FOR EARLY BIRD PRICING.

If something inside you is whispering Egypt…

🇪🇬 MESSAGE “EGYPT” and I’ll send you all the details personally.

What an absolutely beautiful gathering. ✨

Intimate. Cozy. Real. Deep.

Thank you to every beautiful soul who gathered with me. I’m so grateful for your presence, openness, and energy. I loved having each of you in this sacred space. 🤍

This is exactly the season I’m stepping into—a season of deeper, heart-to-heart connection and holding intimate spaces where every person feels seen, supported, and safe enough to soften.

This is not just a sound bath.
It is not simply meditation.
This is much deeper work.

It is a space to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your intuition, release what you have been carrying, and return to the truth of who you are.

For years, I have held energy for thousands. Now, I’m bringing that same depth, intention, and collective energy into smaller gatherings—creating space for deeper connection, personal attention, and real transformation.

Our next intimate gathering is on September 13 in Orange County, and it is open to everyone—women and men.

If your soul has been asking for a pause, a reset, or something deeper, this may be your invitation.

Comment GATHERING and I’ll send you the details. ✨

Would you like to bring this gathering into your home, studio, community, or sacred space? If yes, DM me. I would love to explore creating this experience with you. 🤍
