He leads by example, earning the respect of his teammates through hard work, accountability, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Beyond fabrication, Adam has become the person many of us turn to when equipment issues threaten to slow production. If a machine goes down or a maintenance problem seems impossible to solve, there is a good chance someone will say, ‘Let’s get Adam involved.’ His troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and determination have saved countless hours of downtime and kept our operations running smoothly.

What makes Adam truly special is that he combines technical expertise with a team-first attitude. He is always willing to help a coworker, take on a challenge, or step into a difficult situation with a positive mindset. Those qualities have helped shape the culture of our Columbus operation and have contributed significantly to our success.
