Dr. Elba Garcia is focused on the generational impact of her public service in Dallas County, leading with accountability, integrity, and respect.
As the first Latina elected to the Dallas County Commissioners Court, Dr. Garcia has built a legacy of representation, advocacy, and service.
Her impact can be seen in the projects and institutions she has championed, from securing funding for the Latino Cultural Center and helping bring the Oak Cliff Cultural Center to life, to advancing infrastructure, public facilities, and community development across District 4.
