The Fixer - Home Repair Service

Why is The Fixer smiling? Because one of the most respected structural engineers in our area (actually THE most experienced & knowledgeable one, in my opinion) saw his brick repair work on a listing and now refers business to him! The engineer said he had been told the brick repointing had been done but that he had to look long & hard to find the places repaired.
Now THAT’S a huge compliment!

When the temperature starts rising, folks with swimming pools (& their friends 😊) get excited . . . but they also have to get that pool ready for swimming season! That might only mean cleaning for some but for these particular homeowners, it meant a re-do of the brick trim around the pool. Who better to call than The Fixer?! He and his crew replaced the old, broken brick so that it’s bright, beautiful and no longer a trip hazard. . . Now these clients are some of his biggest fans!

These folks wanted The Fixer to install an access panel in their bedroom for the bathtub on the other side of the wall and install flooring in the bedroom and paint it too. Needless to say, they were thrilled with the outcome! (And I loved it so much I got the name of the paint color!)

The Fixer tackled this unique project with a slight amount of apprehension but he loves a challenge! His determination definitely brought a fresh and more modern look to the fireplace area.
The outdated mantle and brick hearth were replaced with a modern stone design that reaches the ceiling, accompanied by a new mantle and tile hearth. The walls haven’t been painted yet but that’s next!

This small bathroom got a much-needed update, providing a large tiled shower area for those who prefer this over the traditional cramped tub w/insert. The clients were thrilled!
