This class, taught by Janene & Sal, has become wildly popular. It builds strength and muscle tone, improves balance and flexibility, and improves joint and bone health.

We are so excited that Rosa will be offering Yoga Tone & Core at our Cement City location on Tuesdays at 6pm, starting in October.
