"If you believe strong enough....the ground will meet your feet"

08/30/2026

I've Been a little quiet lately.
I actually feel like the guy in those old martial arts movies that disappears to the top of the mountain. Everybody wonders where he went. He wasn't hiding. He was training.
That's been me.
The last few years haven't been about posting. They've been about becoming.
Learning to be a better businessman, A better leader,A better ME.
Ironically, one of the hardest things I've had to learn was how to love myself better (First)... so I could love other people better.
For a while, I thought life was just testing me ... but also preparing me for the future Me.
Not everything worked. Some ideas became reality. Truth is..some locations never opened. I paused music for this life. Some plans had to change, but I wouldn't change any of it. Every win gave me confidence. Every setback gave me wisdom.
To everyone that's checked on me, prayed for me, sent opportunities, supported Soule', or simply kept me in your thoughts... THANKYOU. I notice it. I appreciate it more than you know.
Being a Entrepreneur is what many ppl want...but many dont know...we have to sacrifice Everything ( money, pride, time, family events, etc ) for a Dream < that May or May Not happen.
Now it's time to put that training to work..
More music. More matcha. More community. More cities. More impact.

FALL 26'

Yes....ATL, y’all getting a soulé.coffee.

But this really isn’t an Atlanta story.

It’s a Florence story.
A Jackson story.
A story about what happens when something doesn’t go the way you planned, but you keep it moving.

A lot of ppl think Soulé started in JXN.

We actually opened in 2017 in Florence, South Carolina. BIG S/O to my hometown.

We were there for 4 years.

Then COVID came.

We closed the shop, I bought my first coffee truck, and we pushed that truck EVERYWHERE.

No big master plan.
Just kept moving.

Eventually, an opportunity came up in Jackson, Mississippi. Big S/O to JSU & my 2nd Hometown.

And JXN has been AMAZING to us.

We ain’t going nowhere.

But now.... Soulé is ready to expand.

FLO → JXN → ATL

This Fall, Atlanta gets our version of matcha, craft coffee, bubble tea, music, culture and community.

And if you’ve been around since Florence, rode with us during the truck days, found us in Jackson, or from FLO or JXN....live in ATL.....your Loyalty number still works.
See us in Atlanta.

you’re part of this story now.

ATL, we’ll see y’all this Fall.

One of my favorite moments from International Jazz Day wasn't on stage.

It was hearing stories.

This is Alisha ,the daughter of John Reese, musician, educator, and founder of the (BAMS) .

Jackson, Mississippi has many Legends that built the foundation and created opportunities, organized programs, opened doors, and made sure the culture continued to move forward.

John Reese was one of those people.

At Soule'.coffee, we believe " ". WE...YOU...ME are that community.

BIG S/O to everyone who helped make our celebration special.

*MORE THINGS TO COME
