MLC 100 in Retrospect!

In 2013, Hoopla Digital, a web and mobile streaming platform, launched, providing access to a wide range of digital media, including audiobooks, eBooks, comics, manga, music, movies, and TV shows.

The Mississippi Library Commission soon adopted this service for users throughout the state's public libraries, allowing library cardholders to borrow and stream digital media.
