With the historical storms quickly approaching, I have decided to prioritize generator repair for customers. That means if you bring me a generator, I will work on it as soon as possible to try and get it to you before the storm approaches. If you are a customer who has a different type of equipment already in my shop, and you are waiting on work to be performed, I apologize. For some people, having a generator could be the difference between life or death. Please note that I will continue working on mowers, power washers, etc. as soon as I am caught up on all the broken generators!

I’m rebuilding another Honda 2 stroke engine. This one is a 2002 CR80. These are so much fun. After V***r honing the cases, I honed the cylinder and installed a new piston ring. I also Cerakote’d the cases, clutch cover, and head. This thing is going to absolutely scream when it’s done, and it’s going to be beautiful to boot.

Do you need V***r honing?

Have something you need Cerakote’d or powder coated?

Text me to set up a drop off.

Just finished restoring/modifying this vintage Japanese-made Honda GX200.

V***r honed the cases, new hardware, new carburetor which has been rejetted, governor and oil sensor delete, new shroud, 18lb springs, port and polish, new seals, bearings, and gaskets, and honed cylinder.

It screams, and looks almost as good as new for a 30 year old engine!

It’s sometimes very beneficial that in addition to being a small engine shop, I also run a V***r honing business. Look at how this 20 year old Subaru carburetor cleaned up after a trip in the v***r cabinet!

Another happy customer. This little Honda push mower stopped working abruptly. I found water in the carburetor and fuel system. A simple fuel system clean out and carburetor drain, and it was back up and running again. Thank you for your business Ronnie V.!

Will R. inherited this Troy Built Bronco Tiller from his late Father-in-law’s estate. Rather than throw it away, he opted to get it repaired. The tiller clearly had been left out in the elements for several years. The wheels were locked to the axle, the entire fuel tank and carburetor were filled up with rust and water, as well as the combustion chamber. When he brought it to us, I told him there was a good chance the engine might be too far gone. Luckily, I was able to break the piston loose inside the cylinder, and could not detect any major damage. Next, I went about removing all of the water and rust from the fuel system and carburetor. Water was also inside of the crank case, which was removed and cleaned. Fresh oil was added. Finally, after using a combination of several different methods, I got the wheels freed from the axle. I then cleaned the rust off, added grease, and reassembled. It purrs like a kitten now, and Will is able to have a tiller that will last many more years to come. Even with all of the work performed, he paid less than 1/3rd the cost of a new tiller. He’s happy.

We worked on a few power washers today. Thank you Vick and Chancellor for your business! Both of these machines were dropped off, repaired, and returned in under 24 hours. Now that’s FAST!

Thank you for your business, Fred S.! Like so many others before you, your trimmer set up for too long, and ethanol destroyed the carburetor. We got you fixed up with a new carburetor, and you are back in business. Thanks again!

Thank you for your business, Jeff D.!

This older and larger mower needed a little bit of TLC to get it up and running again. That included a carburetor rebuild, fuel system clean out, self propel system refurbishment, and a nice exterior wash.
