Today was one of those REAL entrepreneur days! From picking up inventory in Yazoo, loading and unloading, squeezing in lunch on the go, picking up my little helpers, and ending the day at Home Depot sourcing for this weekend’s event.

And THIS is the part of the business people don’t always see. 👀

The beautiful setups are the final product—but there’s a whole lot of WORK happening before we ever get to event day.

From picking up 6-foot prints, walking through Home Depot with foam boards almost bigger than ME 😭, cutting, hot gluing, building custom photo boards, loading inventory and then packing that SUV like we were SARDINES… this is the part of event decorating people don’t always see!

So much of the design happens in my head first. Then comes the sourcing, shopping, creating, problem-solving, loading, transporting and finally bringing the entire vision together. ✨

And when I stepped back and saw the finished setup?! 😍

WHEW! Worth every bit of the chaos.
