Thank you so much to the League of Women Voters of Michigan for hosting and organizing last week’s Candidate Meet & Greet! It was a wonderful opportunity to speak with dedicated voters and constituents about the policies that matter most to them this election cycle. It was an honor to speak and be included along with all my fellow candidates. And thank you so much to everyone who came out to attend and make their voices heard.

I’m honored to accept the endorsement of the Operating Engineers 324. For over 100 years, OE 324 has provided value to workers, businesses and communities throughout Michigan. Their Members are educated through superior training initiatives, and are experienced, work-ready and possess the depth of character needed to master their craft while bringing unsurpassed safety, unity and productivity to every job site.
Thank you so much for your belief and support of my campaign. It’s hardworking people like members of the OE324 who keep Michigan marching forward in progress.

It’s an honor to accept the endorsement of the Michigan Education Association. MEA is dedicated to protect, advocate, and advance the rights of all education professionals to promote quality public education for all students. Teachers are truly the unsung heroes of our community and it’s now more important than ever to ensure the next generation has access to the best possible education our state can provide.
Thank you to MEA for your support of my campaign. I promise to work to make our state-wide education system the best possible version for both students and teachers.

Thank you so much to the Michigan Pipe Trades Association for your endorsement of my campaign. I’ve been privileged enough to visit the UA Local 333 Training Center to see first hand just how important access to these trade programs and unions are for future generations. It’s an honor to be supported by the hardworking people who keep our society in Michigan functioning to its fullest.
Together we will continue to work on strengthening the working and middle class to make Michigan a better place for all of us.

I had a wonderful time attending the UAW CAP Conference reception last week. It’s always a pleasure to speak with all the dedicated members of the UAW as we come together to discuss how to better empower the working class and get legislation from the shop floor to the house floor. It’s more important now, than ever, that politicians and constituents work together to rebuild working class power in our great state.
Thank you to the UAW, it was an honor to be invited! I look forward to being able to enact real change in Lansing for the hard working people who keep us on the roads come November.

I am honored to accept the endorsement by the United Food and Commercial Workers Local 876. The UFCW 876 are staunch advocates for fair wages and they help workers navigate the complexities of the labor landscape, championing the rights and interests of their diverse membership.
Thank you so much for your support and contribution to my campaign. And a huge thank you to all your food workers' tireless dedication to keeping the everyday lives of our Jackson community running smoothly! Workers like the hard working men and women at the Jackson Kroger’s meat department. Thank you for all that you do!
There is nothing I won't do to support nonprofits and the people of Michigan, even going over the edge of an 11 story building. Thank you to Friends In Deed Executive Director, Tyrone Kelsey, for the amazing opportunity to help raise funds, not only for their mission, but also for their fellow nonprofits.
And shoutout to Rep. Jason Morgan and Congresswoman Debbie Dingel for showing up to support such an amazing organization! It’s groups like these that help everyone in HD46 find the financial support they need to make it through difficult times and make our community stronger for all.

I’m proud to earn the endorsement of End Gun Violence Michigan. This organization is a coalition of faith leaders, unions, advocates, gun owners, physicians, teachers, students, service providers, community organizers, and more, working together to end gun tragedies in Michigan.
Thank you so much for your support and belief in my campaign. Together, we can be powerful advocates for gun violence legislation to make Michigan a safer place for all.
Shout out to every member of the East Jackson Community Schools team, including our Board of Education- the work is hard, each day brings something new and you show up for our kids with a fresh face and open mind. I appreciate you! And this is why I will fight for fully funded and quality public education for everyone in HD46 and the whole state of Michigan!
