This morning's Leadership Talk Tuesday brought our CSI Connect interns face to face with CSI Companies CEO Chris Flakus, who shared 35 years of staffing industry wisdom. From building a career with curiosity and coachability to making every first impression count, Chris gave our interns a candid and practical look at what it really takes to grow in the workforce. His message was clear: commit to being a lifelong learner. This is what the CSI Connect internship experience is all about!

This week, we welcomed the Jacksonville Waves to CSI as a part of the RGF Connect Global Week of Impact. Our CEO, Chris Flakus, and COO, Kate Mays, sat down with the players for a conversation centered on one thing: building bridges to employment.

There's something special about learning from a leader who started right where our interns are sitting today. Our COO, Kate Mays, opened Leadership Talk Tuesdays yesterday by taking our interns back to where it all began for her, as an intern herself 20 years ago. She encouraged them to soak it all up, give everything they have, and always push beyond their limits. Kate is proof of what's possible, and our interns got a front row seat to her story.
