We are so proud of Jerry Roland and Luke Yates for their participation in the JMS Reading is Rewarding Program! They both read 10 books, wrote about the themes or conflicts in the stories, and earned lunch! Awesome job!

JMS students from Mrs. Chapman's class have been working on how they would report news of potential space hazards, combining science and journalism!

JMS would like to give a super, big, enormous "Thank You" to our local Jasper Walmart for providing a Spark Good Grant to our Media Center! We are so thankful for our local partners and have been busy adding books for our current students and future elementary students to enjoy!

A huge thank you to all of our students and families for making this year’s “Are You Smarter Than a Middle Schooler?” such a success! It was a fantastic night filled with friendly competition, Book Fair shopping, and delicious popsicles.
