Guide Will County Guide Will County is an update to Will County's Land Resources Management Plan. This site serves as the engagement hub for sharing ideas, priorities, and local knowledge.
Congrats to 3 families on reaching thier goals of homeownership with Will-Grundy Habitat for Humanity. Pre-platted land, Village of Elwood support, fundraising, donations, volunteers, sweat equity, our HOME funds and USDA loans made this possible.
The feasibility gap for affordable housing development has grown considerably over the last few years and we are grateful for partners that continue to find ways and means to still make it happen.
