Riley Robinson - Realtor

The best part of real estate isn’t just helping someone buy a home — it’s becoming the person they trust to call for the next chapter, too. 🤍

From purchasing a property, to renting it out, to now searching for their next home… getting to be part of my clients journeys through different seasons of life is something I’ll never take for granted.

So grateful for clients like these who continue to put their trust in me year after year. 🥹🌴

🏡✨ CLOSED in Jupiter Heights! ✨🏡

There’s something extra special about helping a first-time homebuyer find a place to call home. 💙

This one came to me as a referral, and I’m so incredibly thankful for the trust, the opportunity, and the amazing clients who continue to send their friends and family my way.

Congratulations to my first-time homebuyer on this exciting new chapter! 🥂🔑

So grateful to be part of the journey. ❤️

Just closed on this beautiful home steps from the ocean 🌊🤍

So thankful for the opportunity to represent such an amazing buyer and help him find a home that feels absolutely perfect for this next chapter. From the very beginning, this was such a smooth and enjoyable transaction, and I’m so grateful he trusted me to guide him through the process.

It’s clients and experiences like this that make me love what I do. This was truly one of my favorite transactions, and I couldn’t be more excited for him to settle into his new home and enjoy everything beachside living has to offer. 🥹🔑🌴

Congratulations on your new home! 🤍

A little reintroduction because it’s been a while... 🤍

Hi, I’m Riley! If you’re new here, welcome. I’m a Realtor serving clients throughout Palm Beach and Martin County, and over the past few years I’ve had the privilege of helping some truly wonderful people buy, sell, and invest in Florida real estate.

I want to be more than just the person who helps you close on a house. Think of me as your local resource—for buying and selling guidance, neighborhood insight, trusted local vendors, market updates, hidden gems, and all my favorite places around town. My goal is always to give honest advice, communicate clearly, negotiate fiercely, and genuinely make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

A few fun facts about me:
☀️ I’m originally from Michigan but have proudly called Florida home for the last 5 years.
🌴 I found Tequesta sight unseen, took a leap of faith, and haven’t looked back.
🦞 My first Florida job in Florida was bartending at Hog Snappers.
🌊 You’ll usually find me at the beach searching for shark teeth, watching baby sea turtles hatch, or walking my pup.
🛍️ HomeGoods is my version of therapy.
🤍 I’m always on the hunt for a cute local boutique or the next great coffee shop.

Whether you’re thinking about buying, selling, relocating, or just looking for the best hidden spots around town, I’m always happy to help. Thanks for being here—I can’t wait to continue sharing this little corner of Florida with you. 🌴✨

✨ JUST CLOSED! ✨

So excited for my buyers and this sweet new chapter! 🏡🤍 They had their eye on this property for a while, and even after it went off market, we found a way to make it happen and get them to the closing table! 🔑

So grateful for their trust in me throughout the process — getting my clients the home they really wanted makes it that much sweeter. 🥹

Loved getting to do another deal with Kristen Olsen | Tequesta- Jupiter Florida Realtor There’s something extra fun about working with agents in your own office, especially when we can come together and make an off-market deal happen. 🤝💕

And a big thank you to Claudine Porikos , an amazing lender who always helps make the magic happen for our buyers! ✨

Cheers to everyone involved & an exciting new chapter ahead! 🥂🏡🤍
