As CEO, Gregg is involved across every stage, from identifying opportunities and acquiring properties to development, leasing, financing, and ultimately creating long-term value.

What does a full-cycle real estate deal actually look like? 🏢📈

At GDA Capital, it starts with identifying a property where we see an opportunity to create value.

From there, the work begins. That can include strategic CapEx, improving property management, increasing occupancy, negotiating leases, bringing rents closer to market, and making the improvements necessary to strengthen the overall asset.

Then comes the final stage of the business plan: refinance or sale.

At that point, depending on the structure and performance of the investment, capital can be distributed back to investors, including return of capital and any applicable return on capital.

Acquire. Add value. Execute. Refinance or sell.

That’s the full cycle, and it’s the strategy behind many of the opportunities we pursue at GDA Capital.
