Meet the Surgeon Behind Veterinary Surgery Group

At the heart of Veterinary Surgery Group is a simple belief: advanced medicine should feel as thoughtful and reassuring as it is precise.

Dr. Alex Padron, DVM, DACVS-SA, is a board-certified veterinary surgeon specializing in advanced orthopedic and soft tissue procedures. As Co-Founder and Medical Director, he combines technical expertise with a calm, relationship-centered approach to care.

Known for his steady presence and clear communication, Dr. Padron guides both pet owners and referring veterinarians through complex surgical decisions with empathy, confidence, and clarity. Every recommendation is made with intention—focused on outcomes, comfort, and the long-term wellbeing of each patient.

Because behind every case is a family who loves their pet.

At Veterinary Surgery Group, where precision meets compassion, every patient is treated with the same care we would want for our own.
