Jupiter has a breakfast spot the locals treat like a hometown team.
Center Street Nook at 223 Center Street calls itself Jupiter's hometown favorite for breakfast and lunch, and the regulars seem to agree. Doors open at 6:30 every morning, and by mid-morning the line tells the story.
The crab benedict is the thing people write in all caps about. TO DIE FOR, one reviewer said. The Real Philly cheesesteak comes on actual Amoroso rolls with Whiz, the way it's supposed to be done. Shrimp and grits, coconut French toast, and something called "the heap" round out the greatest hits.
4.9 stars. Breakfast and lunch only, closed by 2:30. Drive-through pickup window for the regulars who call ahead.
Some towns have a diner. Jupiter has the Nook.
