Teamwork Across the Miles 🏁

The transformation of the speedway continues as crews from Texas, with support from teammates from Maine, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, work side by side to place the base course that will serve as the foundation for the track’s next chapter.

This effort showcases the strength of our team, bringing together talent, experience, and dedication from across the country. Every load placed and every pass made moves us one step closer to delivering a high-quality racing surface built to perform for years to come.

A big thank you to all the crews involved for their hard work, commitment to safety, and willingness to travel wherever needed to get the job done. When teamwork spans state lines, great things happen.

Strong leaders build strong teams. This week, leaders across VINCI Construction USA came together to invest in their growth, strengthen connections, and share insights to help drive our company forward. Through collaboration, learning, and leadership development, they continue to build the foundation for our future success.

Strong leadership starts with trust, communication, and collaboration.

Recently, controllers from across VINCI Construction USA came together for leadership training with our training team, taking part in activities designed to strengthen teamwork and problem-solving skills. During the "Colorblindness" exercise, participants were blindfolded and challenged to identify missing pieces, demonstrating the importance of effective communication, active listening, and trusting your team.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

Today, VINCI Construction USA joins our nation in remembering the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honoring the bravery, sacrifice, and resilience that emerged from that day.

🏁 Work is underway at Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa, where crews from Maine, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Texas have come together to modernize one of the nation's premier short tracks.

From milling and base work to paving the new racing surface, this project requires specialized equipment and expertise to navigate the track's challenging 12-14 degree progressive banking. The result will be a safer, longer-lasting, high-performance surface built for the future of racing.

Honoring the hands and hearts behind every project. This Labor Day, we thank our hardworking team for their dedication to building stronger communities every day.

🏆 Congratulations to our #1 Safest Driver! 🏆

Behind every smoother street is a hardworking crew putting in the effort, one load at a time.
