Today the preschoolers and school age kids had a special visitor who came to talk about Japan, the country currently being studied. Nicole DeRushia, who is half Japanese. Her grandparents are first generation Japanese, and she still has family who live in Japan. Her family did both strawberry and carrot farming. The kids had a great time listening to her stories!
