Recent highlights:

🔹 Community Impact: We joined NAWIC for a walkthrough of the new Boys & Girls Club of Kalamazoo, seeing firsthand the incredible leadership of women in the field.

🔹 Investing in Talent: At the ACEC Engineering & Surveying Excellence Gala in Detroit, Andrew presented $32,000 in scholarships to the next generation of civil engineering and surveying students.

Whether we're on-site or in the boardroom, our mission remains the same: building community, both literal and figurative.

Our team had the honor of judging the Mathcounts competition at WMU in partnership with the Michigan Society of Professional Engineers. 🎓🔢

We also gathered for our 2026 Strategy Session and to celebrate our vision, we enjoyed a team-building afternoon featuring a custom soda bar and a Bob Ross-style painting session. 🥤🎨
