Hamilton Law was proud to participate in the Northside Association for Community Development- NACD inaugural Northside Day last Saturday!

We enjoyed connecting with community members and celebrating the people, culture and spirit of Kalamazoo’s Northside.

Congratulations to Northside Association for Community Development- NACD Executive Director Jonathan Yarbrough and his entire team on all their hard work bringing this wonderful community celebration to life. We were grateful for the opportunity to be part of such a special day!

It's a Northside Double Feature! We were invited to two amazing events that Northside Association for Community Development- NACD put on last week. On Friday, Rue and Sarah joined their stakeholder's luncheon where they got to learn more about NACD's plans for the northside. And on Saturday, Jordan stopped by NACD's inaugural Northside Day fundraiser!

We've been partnering with NACD for nearly a year now and they've slowly become one of our larger partners. Having multiple places to get diapers and period products in every neighborhood is critical to us. Our partnership with NACD helps ensure residents on the northside can get the products they need without leaving their community.

WE DID IT! $150,000 RAISED! 🎉 The Northside community came together, and we reached our $150,000 fundraising goal for Northside Day! 💛

This milestone represents the generosity, belief, and commitment of everyone who invested in the future of the Northside.

To every donor, sponsor, partner, volunteer, and supporter: thank you. This was truly a community effort. And we’re just getting started.

This is what community looks like. Music, dancing, laughter, family and neighbors coming together. The Northside Day Community Celebration was a beautiful reminder of what makes this community so special.
