Before ➡️ After

Before ➡️ After | This property is rain ready! Drainage ditch was dug down, lasered to create enough fall, and shaped to direct any water that accumulates

This area used to be a big low spot where water would pool. We filled and graded it out with slope for drainage. Next we will be installing a Ritchie livestock waterer, adding gravel for pens, and installing steel fence around it. Stay tuned!

Some nice drainage work and landscaping finished up for this property. Unfortunately no before picture, but this used be a hill that pushed water onto the road. Now it will all drain away from the driveway ✅
