4th Day of the Fair part 2/and 5th Day combined reel. So many fun interactions. A group of six girls came in and they all chose something for each other…so they had to guess before I showed them in the mirror what they thought they were getting. The picture of little girl in the watermelon hat with the unicorn design was a favorite…each smile made my day. 2026 Kalispell Fair….is Done! Thanks for the memories🫟🎨🖌️💕

4th day of the Fair was busy! I’ll be posting part 2 later. What an exciting day. Thanks for the fun, the smiles, and always the blessings and encouragement. A friend bought me and my sis a Carmel Apple, one sis coming to help, another giving me hugs, and the Lord sustaining me all the while. I come home and line up ice packs to lay on my neck and back! Oofta, this job isn’t for the faint of heart. I’ve never considered myself to be a speed painter, but today, I think so lol🤭😅🖌️🎨🫟🫶🏼

Epic 3rd day of the Fair. I met amazing new people, and had visits from friends and family. There was a glitter explosion in my booth. I dropped my bottle of blue glitter, and when it landed, a p**f of glitter went up as high as my head and all over the floor, me, and the person getting painted. It was of course, when I had a full booth and a line of people waiting out front. Where is the video of that when I need it lol?!😆🤭

What an amazing 2nd day of the Fair!! I met the most amazing generous people. One guy paid it forward for the next lil girl, then her mom paid it forward, and then she paid it forward…it allowed me to pay it forward too, because the design she picked was my biggest ones. I painted 2 ladies in their 80’s, with dragonfly designs. A lady was in my booth speaking of hiring a face painter for her wedding, but that she couldn’t do it because her mom was gravely ill and had to cancel. “That was me,” I said. She immediately started giving me hugs and said oh my goodness how’s your mom and I said, “She’s doing amazing!” and we both cried and hugged each other. She said I really wanted you at my wedding but I could tell from the stress in your email I had to let you go. She said, Granny, this is the lady I wanted to paint your face at my wedding, look she gets to paint your face after all!! Divine providence brought that back around. I also met two ladies in their 80s in the bathroom and talked about style and face painting, and they gifted me with two bracelets and prayed for me. God is so good.🙌🏼 Yesterday I was having an amazing day, but I was having trouble seeing and I couldn’t figure it out and my eyes were getting really bloodshot. When I got home, I realized I had lost a contact and not realized it. It was my only pair as the other ones are on order because I’ve had wacky eye issues. I had a freak out last night, I’m not gonna lie….my job depends on my eyes. This morning I tried to wear the one Contact and use one of my old ones in the other eye, but it was blurry….. breathing deeply and saying a prayer in my heart. I tried my old contacts that hadn’t been working and by the grace of God I can see to paint today! It doesn’t even make sense….I am just praising God for all the blessings and strength He gives. I’ve also had amazing support from the vendors, loving on me, putting oils on my hurting spots, and a loving husband to adjust me and help me when I get home.
