Mileen graduated from Illinois State University with a double major in Accounting and Business Administration. Her tax preparation career began in 1999, and she has worked for Geoffrey Johns & Associates, LLC since the firm's founding in 2004. She also served in the Fire Service, retiring as a Lieutenant/Paramedic after 31 years. She continues to maintain her Paramedic license through private local hospital services and teaches CPR instruction.

Mileen is deeply involved in the Kankakee County community, having served on numerous nonprofit boards over the years, including United Way, Harbor House, YWCA, and the Zonta Club of Kankakee County, in addition to being active in her church. Her career has given her accounting, management, and tax experience across Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, nonprofits, and government entities. She lives in Bourbonnais with her husband and has two grown sons and two beautiful granddaughters.

Julie graduated from Moraine Valley Community College in 1984 with an associate's degree in Education. She began working alongside Susan Lange in 2011 as a receptionist, and in 2016, she stepped into the role of Office Manager at Lange Tax. Julie serves as the liaison between clients and staff, ensuring smooth communication and day-to-day operations.

When she's not at work, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

After working for a local business for 10 years, Lisa then spent many years fundraising and volunteering at her children’s schools. She has been very active as a volunteer wish granter with Make-A-Wish Illinois since 2017, which serves Kankakee and surrounding counties.

Mansi graduated from Mumbai University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. In 2024, she successfully passed all four sections of the CPA exams and is currently awaiting licensure. She began her career in accounting in 2015 and joined GJM Advisory in 2025, where she focuses on both accounting and tax.
