We’re currently looking for:
• ☕ Coffee Shop with light refreshments such as cookies, oatmeal, pastries, etc.
• 🍜 Noodle Bar
• 🍗 Wings
• 🍕 Pizza
• 🧋 Milk Tea / Boba
• 🥪 Sandwiches
We’d love to welcome some new vendors to The Dryer and have them be part of the fun, friendly community we’re building here.

Katy, you asked and we heard you!
The votes were close and ended in a tie, so we decided… why choose one when we can have TWO?!
We’re thrilled to announce that the new playground will feature both the Barn & Silo AND the Pirate Ship!
We’re incredibly grateful for the support that makes it possible to bring something this special to the Katy community.
Let’s do this, Katy! The grand opening of the new playground is expected in 3–4 weeks! We can’t wait to see our community enjoying it!
