We’re excited to share that Spring Branch Community Health Center has received a 2026–27 Nonmedical Drivers of Health Grant from Houston Methodist for the Supportive Housing Department. With this funding, we will enact Homeless Prevention and Crisis Response activities including one-time payments to avoid eviction, secure transport away from domestic violence, and offer up to seven nights in a hotel for patients and supportive housing clients in extreme need.
