Another summer, another great BBQ! ☀️

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Summer BBQ! Our Annual Summer BBQ brought employees together in Kent for an afternoon of good food, good conversations, and good time spent connecting with teammates across the company.

A special shoutout to Todd Olson, Fitting General Foreman, for preparing the food and helping make the event a success!

Employees across Hermanson recently donated snacks, personal care items, and other essentials through a Care Package Drive organized by the Veterans of Hermanson (VOH).

Together, those contributions filled eight large boxes that will be sent to Operation Shoebox for distribution to deployed service troops.

Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, and helped support the effort!

Whether he's climbing Mount Rainier, training for an Ironman, or troubleshooting a site in the field, Adam John enjoys a challenge.

As a Telecom Foreman at Hermanson, that same drive has helped shape his career, where no two days are the same and problem-solving is part of the job.

A look at how far we've come over the decades!

The plasma cutter in this photo served our shop well for years. Today, our laser cutter produces parts with greater speed, precision, and consistency, allowing us to increase output by 2-3x while keeping our shop organized and efficient.

While the technology has evolved, our commitment to quality craftsmanship hasn't changed.

Last week, we welcomed industry leaders from across the AEC and Mission Critical sectors for Innovate & Elevate: 4 Markets | 4 Problems.

The evening brought together professionals from across the industry to explore some of today's most pressing challenges in healthcare, procurement, education & institutions, and commercial real estate.

Another successful year of the Heavy Metal Summer Experience is in the books!

Over the past several weeks, students had the opportunity to learn new skills, explore careers in the skilled trades, and work alongside industry professionals through hands-on experiences.

A special thank you to the Hermanson employees who volunteered their time to mentor and teach this year's participants!

It's officially been a year since Panasonic Energy's EV battery facility in Kansas officially opened, and it remains a standout for our team.⚡

The project pushed us to think big, work closely with our partners, and deliver at a scale that matched the ambition of the project itself. From our fabrication shops in Washington to the jobsite in De Soto, we were proud to play our part alongside a great team.

As we mark this milestone, thank you to everyone who helped bring it together!

Sometimes all it takes is one day to discover a new career path!

Recently, Hermanson welcomed a local high school student through the Career KickStart program for a job shadow with Tina Dannewitz, our Sheet Metal Shop Lead Foreman.

During her visit, she gained firsthand exposure to the trades, connected with members of our team, and discovered a career path she hadn't previously considered.
